Contemporary workplaces require leaders to be highly self-aware, resilient, and adaptable. We provide the information and encouragement for you or your team to build greater self-awareness, leverage your strengths, and minimize your weaknesses.
Coaching Means
- Having someone in your corner
- Having someone to tell you what you really need to hear
- Gaining a better appreciation of your strengths and how to leverage them
- Building confidence
- Recognizing your potential career derailers and how to minimize them
- Learning how to influence others with different perspectives
- Learning how to navigate organizational politics
- Learning how to have crucial or difficult conversations
- And learning how to best handle specific workplace scenarios
What You Can Expect
Our seasoned, qualified coaches support you or your team through one-on-one practical coaching, building trusting relationships that focus on your strengths, your growth, and your success in the workplace.
Typically we
- Establish rapport, agree upon expectations, and co-create the coaching objectives
- Gather feedback from key stakeholders either through 360 degree assessment or stakeholder interviews
- Help you focus on the one or two developmental skill areas that will really make a difference to your performance
- Provide a framework so that you can quickly develop an Action Plan, one based on observable, measurable behaviours
- Meet weekly and then monthly to discuss progress and difficulties. We use real work incidents to help ground the coaching and provide a road-map for action
- Gather feedback from the original stakeholders, at the end of the coaching engagement, to discover your growth and opportunities for future development
- Will work with you for about 3-6 months and then guide you on how to continue your leadership growth, without the aid of the coach
